A selection of my favorite drawings from Northern Pakistan; Hunza, Gilgit and the KKH.

 

Drawn with a stick of sharpened bamboo, a brush and a pot of Quink, on any paper that was available. Strange to think, living here in New York, that there are still places where such a basic commodity is still largely unavailable.
